What is a pasalubong?

Pasalubong (Tagalog, "[something] for when you welcome me") is the Filipino tradition of travellers bringing gifts from their destination to people back home. Pasalubong can be any gift or souvenir brought for family or friends after being away for a period of time. 

 

How do I place an order?

Simply choose from our list of featured products, add to cart and then choose your mode of payment at checkout.

 

What modes of payment do you accept? 

We offer 3 options for payment.

1. By Paypal/Credit Card (5% additional charge applies)

2. Bank Deposit/Online Transfer (BDO, Metrobank, Union Bank, BPI)

3. Money Remittance (LBC, Palawan Express, M.Lhuillier, Western Union and GCash (free of charge via 7Eleven Stores)) 

 

Do you accept orders from the US/Canada?

Yes, we do. We actually ship worldwide via DHL. Please go to http://global.pasalubongtreats.com/shop-international

 for international shipping.

 

How long does it take to receive the products?

The delivery time varies per carrier.  Our daily order cut-off for same day shipping (drop off to courier) is 12noon (Mon to Fri). We can only process orders once we receive the payment.

For international shipping, we ship items via DHL. Shipping takes about 5-10 days, depending on the country and customs clearance.

 

What is the expiration of the items? 

The expiration varies by product. We always ship the latest production on the day that we process the order. We do not keep an inventory to ensure that we deliver only the fresh goodies.
